The Howard L. Collier Nursing and Allied Health building is located on the campus of The University of Toledo Medical Center (formerly the Medical College of Ohio).

Classrooms and laboratories, designed underground, offer students hands-on training in this state-of-the-art facility.  Large concrete columns support three-stories of building, high in the air, allowing an abundance of nature to be seen in the undisturbed woods along the rolling ravine, just beyond the rear of the building.  The environment and function were both important elements of design.

Careful planning by Mosser Construction ensured that the site would be preserved and protected throughout construction. Special attention was given to the preserving the ravine and all trees on site.
