Completed ahead of schedule and within budget, the Jackson Street Railroad grade separation project spans three Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks.  Safety was an essential component of this work, with the tracks hosting an estimated 60 freight trains per day running at 60 miles per hour, plus six passenger trains passing through each day at 79 miles per hour.

Mosser Construction self-performed the new concrete substructure (250 cy), concrete superstructure (250 cy) retaining walls with aesthetic treatment (390 cy) and approach roadway work (10,000 cy embankment).
