As the general trades contractor on the project, Mosser Construction’s contract included concrete foundations, masonry wall and face brick skins, structural steel and the balance of general trades items, metal stud and drywall, paint, and flooring in all areas.
The 187,000 sf, 29-phase renovations and additions project spanned 28 months. Renovations to the Rocky River High School included improved building security, a sound system in the auditorium, technology upgrades such as wireless access throughout the building, and improvements to the main gym. Every classroom and corridor of the existing building was also completely renovated.
Additions to the school included a science wing, administration area, music area, field house, locker rooms, wrestling room and three entrances.
