The ground breaking ceremony took place on Monday, April 18, for the new $7.5 million ODOT full-service maintenance facility to be constructed in Paulding, Ohio. The project will begin this month and is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2017. Attending the ceremony for Mosser Construction were Doug Shealy, Shawn Tooman and Dan Schroeder.
