Mosser Construction has completed a multitude of projects that include virtually all types of construction including commercial structures, industrial facilities, educational buildings, medical facilities, water treatment plants, highway/bridges and more. Because each of these project types is unique, Mosser offers a wide range of project delivery methods and services to ensure our clients get the best services possible for their project.

Connect with us prior to designing your next project and let’s find the right system for you.

General Contracting

As the general contractor for your project, Mosser performs construction work to your specifications.  We take complete responsibility for the project, hiring and managing subcontractors and self-performing tradework while our project managers and on-site supervisors maintain overall project control. Mosser will work within the scope of the design, budget, and timeline, focusing on quality and safety.

Whatever your construction needs, a new facility, an addition or renovations, Mosser Construction’s design/build approach will provide a single-source of design and construction services for your project.  We offer a design/build delivery system to simplify the project by having one party responsible for both the design and construction phases. Working hand-in-hand with the owner, we accomplish the goals of the project while controlling costs, reducing schedules, and providing the highest of quality performance standards.

Our flexibility and teamwork creates an environment to efficiently meet your needs throughout the process.  This environment of trust and understanding helps us respond to changing requirements and conditions while we anticipate and accommodate your needs.

Construction Management

As your construction manager, we step into the project early on, advising and helping make decisions regarding design, budget, and timeline. Acting in the owner’s best interest throughout the various phases of the project, Mosser Construction controls and maintains the project schedule, oversees cost management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management on the project.

That means that as the project develops, we will address concerns before they become issues. Throughout each phase of construction, we ensure that everyone is where they are supposed to be, when they’re supposed to be there, staying on task, on time, and adhering to safety protocol. We become the point of contact for dozens of moving parts and are meticulous in our management of the entire project.

There are times when it is in the best interest of your business to turn the project over to a single source provider who takes on the risk and responsibility of all the subcontractors involved right from the start. When Mosser is involved during preconstruction we can advise on the scope, engineering, and appropriate subcontractors that will be needed. Moving into the construction phase, we assume responsibility for construction management of the entire project, and the quality of results.

Before any project begins, you need to have a plan. Defining the scope of the project, the timeline, and costs involved helps owners make important decisions regarding the project that ultimately impact its success. We’ll use our industry experience to develop an overall picture of the project and give you a clear perspective of what it will entail.
