WMOG/Mosser Group of Fremont has announced that it has purchased 42 acres of land adjacent to Wood-Bridge Business Park in Bowling Green with plans for its expansion. Findlay-based Ohio Logistics has partnered with WMOG/Mosser Group on an $8.5 million warehouse facility project which is part of the planned expansion of the Wood-Bridge Business Park. Mosser Construction, Inc., a subsidiary of WMOG/Mosser Group, will be the general contractor for the project.
The project broke ground on September 20, where the Ohio Logistics warehouse will be the first of three buildings constructed in the expanded Wood-Bridge Business Park, next to automotive supplier, GKN Manufacturing already located in the existing portion of the park.
The Wood-Bridge Business Park expansion is a collaborative effort among WMOG/Mosser Group and its financial partners, as well as, Mosser Construction, Inc., Ohio Logistics, Bowling Green Community Development Foundation, The City of Bowling Green, Wood County Port Authority, Wood County, Center Township, Bowling Green City Schools, Jobs Ohio and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
